Mary Kate grew up in Boerne, Texas and attended Baylor University where she first developed her love for interior design working at Magnolia Home. After graduating with a degree in communications, Mary Kate moved to Houston with her husband where she pursued her interior design career. She worked with such firms as Creative Tonic and Paloma Contreras, before joining Katie Davis Design in 2019. Mary Kate is committed to creating authentic spaces that truly reflect its inhabitants, drawing upon texture and color to characterize an environment. With a more traditional design sensibility and an eye for today's trends, Mary Kate offers a unique, individualistic approach to each project on which she works.
